What will you do when you have a toothache and there is no dentist? When the grid goes down or there is a disaster that lasts for a very long time, there will be no functioning dentists as they will not have the necessary supplies, anesthetics, antibiotics, dental filling materials, drills, needles, and a lot more. Most of these supplies are made overseas, including China. If there is a war or economic crisis, these dental supplies will most likely be cut off. Dentists will still have pliers and will be pulling teeth rather than fixing them.

If you do not swallow it, it will not get to the gut. Think of Xylitol as a mouth wash. Here is another approach without Fluoride - Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste https://youtu.be/WSM49WTo4D4?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW https://youtu.be/eIWZ5J_h5oE?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW https://youtu.be/P-Da4Sjeru0?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW https://youtu.be/uvbk5-mPnjk?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW https://youtu.be/rlWBYU-uMUc?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW https://youtu.be/abDt8KQfKJU?list=PLAeFuFHpk5_TvnPNlbI2aBYeCAeakgBIW Important considerations: Stay well hydrated so you will have adequate saliva. Avoid drinking Reverse Osmosis and Distilled Water Eat foods that provide your body with the right nutrients to support your teeth. Keep in mind that most foods are acidic and harmful to teeth. Minimize the amount of time your teeth are exposed to acidity. Avoid sugary drinks, store-bought fruit juice, starchy foods, and foods with added sugar. Avoid coffee, tea, tobacco, and alcohol. Eat only two or three meals during the day with no snacks in between. Brush, or at least rinse your mouth, or use Xylitol after each meal. Consider taking a mineral supplement. Use floss (string), a water floss (Waterpik) or other flossers. Brushing with an electric toothbrush may be more effective than a manual toothbrush. Keeping gums healthy helps prevent tooth decay. Have dental checkups every 6 months. Stock up on basic dental supplies: Toothpaste Floss Toothbrushes Bacteria-killing mouthwash (without alcohol or maybe with alcohol that is safer for teeth and gums) 3% Hydrogen Peroxide (it becomes less potent after a couple of years) Baking soda Granular Xylitol (health food stores) Consider this book, “Where There Is No Dentists” by Murray Dickson (1983). It was written for 3rd world countries where there is no access to dentists.
